This week’s meeting in Washington comes after a highly anticipated summit between Trump and Putin, which saw little progress in peace negotiations over Russia’s war against Ukraine.
“Many points were agreed upon,” Trump told reporters after the Alaska summit. “A couple of big ones haven’t been fully achieved yet.” He added, “There’s no deal until there’s a deal.”
