Apple has released the seventh beta of its upcoming iOS 26, iPadOS 26, and macOS Tahoe 26 updates for developers. If you are a developer, you can download and install these latest updates on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac through the Settings app right now. This marks a weekly update cycle, following the release of the sixth beta just one week ago.
Developers Can Now Install iOS 26, iPadOS 26, and macOS Tahoe 26 Beta 7 Updates Ahead of Official Rollout
Registered developers can now download and install the latest iOS 26 and iPadOS 26 beta 7 on compatible devices. To do so, simply open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, navigate to General > Software Update > Beta Updates, and follow the on-screen instructions. Your Apple ID must be linked to your Developer Account for this process.
Additionally, macOS Tahoe 26 beta 7 is now available for developers. To install it, go to the Software Update mechanism in System Settings and follow the on-screen instructions. Again, you need to link your Apple ID with your Developer Account to receive the update over the air.
Apple has also released watchOS 26, tvOS 26, and visionOS 26 beta 7 for developers. You can check these out on compatible devices as well. Although these builds are stable compared to earlier versions, we recommend waiting until next year before installing them. We will share more details about the latest features in upcoming updates.
