The former officials accused include Biden administration spokespersons Emily Horne and Dilpreet Sidhu, who served as a deputy chief of staff at the National Security Council.
Last month, the Office of the Director of National Intelligence released a report suggesting that former President Barack Obama and his national security team “manufactured and politicized intelligence” to lay groundwork for what was essentially a years-long coup against Trump after he defeated Hillary Clinton in 2016. However, the White House dismissed these claims as more nonsense and misinformation.
On his first day in office, Trump revoked the security clearance of his former national security adviser John Bolton and also removed his Secret Service protection.
