ASUS has introduced the new TUF Series Five monitor lineup at the IFA event, featuring over 20 models ranging from 23.8 inches to 34 inches. These monitors cater to various gaming needs with a variety of specifications and resolutions. Two of these models are the top-of-the-line offerings: the VG27AQML5A and the VG34WQML5A, which deliver high refresh rates, wide color gamut, good ergonomics, HDR support, and advanced connectivity options.

The VG27AQML5A is a 27-inch monitor that offers up to 300Hz refresh rate at QHD (2560x1440p) resolution. It features a Fast IPS panel with an ultra-fast response time of 1ms GtG, AMD FreeSync Premium and G-Sync compatibility, ensuring smooth visuals for competitive matches. This model has a contrast ratio of 1300:1 and covers 95% of DCI-P3 color space for vibrant images.

The VG34WQML5A is a larger 34-inch model with a WQHD (3440x1440p) resolution and VA panel. It supports up to 250Hz refresh rate, an ultra-wide screen with a 1500R curvature, and an impressive contrast ratio of 4000:1 for deep blacks. The monitor also has a 1ms GtG response time, HDR10 support, 95% DCI-P3 color space coverage, and AMD FreeSync Premium support.

Both monitors come with an ergonomic stand for various adjustments and built-in speakers. They also include advanced features like Trace-Free Technology, GameFast Input Technology, Shadow Boost, and Ultra-Low Motion Blur to enhance visual clarity. For connectivity, the 27-inch monitor has one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type C port, while the 34-inch model has three USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type A ports in addition to DP 1.4 and HDMI 2.1 ports.
ASUS prices the TUF Gaming VG27AQML5A at 409.9 Euros (including VAT) and the TUF Gaming VG34WQML5A at 459.90 Euros. Both monitors are available for purchase in EU regions like Germany, Austria, and Switzerland via ASUS Stores.
