Gigabyte has recently unveiled its new X870E AORUS X3D motherboards, featuring X3D Turbo Mode 2.0 and faster DDR5 memory support. These motherboards are now available following their debut at Computex 2025.

X3D Turbo Mode 2.0 offers several features:

Gigabyte has demonstrated that X3D Turbo Mode 2 effectively outperforms AMD’s CPB, with up to a 15% gain in gaming titles like Cyberpunk 2077 and an overall improvement of up to 35% in multithreaded scenarios.
Another notable feature is the M.2 EZ-Flex design for SSDs, which reduces temperature by up to 12°C compared to standard designs.
Gigabyte has also expanded its Driver flash memory size to 64 MB from 32 MB, storing Wi-Fi drivers within the BIOS. Users can update these drivers later if needed.
