All Playable Clans in Bloodlines 2 + New Stories Coming in 2026

In a unique start to his ruling against President Donald Trump’s administration on September 30, U.S. District Court Judge William Young included a scanned handwritten note sent to his office. The note read: “Trump has pardons and tanks – what do you have?” At the top of Young’s opinion in AAUP v. Rubio, which ruled that Trump’s effort to deport foreign-born student protesters was unconstitutional.

Paradox Interactive has addressed earlier criticism and announced that Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 will include all playable vampire clans in the base version. At Gamescom 2025, it was initially revealed that the Toreador and Lasombra clans would only be available as part of the Premium Edition or through a $21.99 DLC. This decision sparked significant backlash from fans, leading Paradox to rework its plan.

In a statement, Marco Behrmann, White Wolf Executive Vice President and Bloodlines 2 Executive Producer, said:

Thanks to our community for the honest feedback on Bloodlines 2 and the Premium Edition. It became clear that Lasombra and Toreador should be in the base game, so that’s what we are doing. We also want to thank The Chinese Room for their quick turnaround on the concepts for the post-launch Story Packs. Their creativity and skill in expanding the main story with enticing narratives continue to impress us.

Now, the Premium Edition will feature two upcoming story DLCs in addition to the previously announced Santa Monica Memories cosmetic pack. The first DLC, titled “Loose Cannon,” follows Brujah Sheriff Benny’s brutal perspective and can be purchased separately for $14.99/£12.99/€14.99 starting in Q2 2026. When it launches, players with the Premium Edition will unlock a Benny-inspired outfit for Phyre. The second DLC, “The Flower & the Flame,” follows Toreador Primogen Ysabella’s legendary path and can be purchased separately for $14.99/£12.99/€14.99 starting in Q3 2026. Players who own this story pack will also receive a Ysabella-inspired outfit for Phyre. The Expansion Pass, which includes both story packs, can be purchased separately on October 21, 2025, for $34.99/£28.99/€34.99.

A physical Premium Edition priced at $89.99/£74.99/€89.99 will also be available, created with PLAION. It includes the Bloodlines Nostalgia Jukebox pre-order bonus, the Expansion Pass, five character cards, a journal, and a Steelbook case all packaged in a premium box.
