In a unique start to his ruling against President Donald Trump’s administration on September 30, U.S. District Court Judge William Young included a scanned handwritten note sent to his office. The note read: “Trump has pardons and tanks – what do you have?” At the top of Young’s opinion in AAUP v. Rubio, which ruled that Trump’s effort to deport foreign-born student protesters was unconstitutional.

The design is particularly notable for its camera setup, where Apple plans no compromises. The device will house four cameras in total: two on the back, one on the front, and another integrated into the internal display. One of the rear cameras will likely be the main shooter, while the other might serve as an ultra-wide or telephoto lens.

Biometrically, Apple is reportedly bringing back Touch ID for a thinner profile similar to the Galaxy Z Fold 7. While some may argue against this, it seems like the right choice for such a device. The iPhone Fold will also ditch Qualcomm’s modems in favor of Apple’s own custom C2 series chips, which promise further connectivity and efficiency enhancements over the current C1 modem.

Despite its new form factor, the foldable iPhone is designed to maintain functionality when closed, with an external screen measuring around 5 to 6 inches. Unfolding the device offers a brand-new experience with an immersive display, ideal for content consumption and productivity.

Apple is integrating new technologies such as the in-house C2 modem, which aims to boost battery life. The device will likely retail at $1,800 and come in just two color options: black and white.
