The Delhi Police have apprehended a 50-year-old drifter named Sadaguru alias Badka Murmu, who is suspected of murdering a man in the Narela Industrial Area. This arrest concluded an intense investigation where authorities faced challenges due to the lack of immediate leads or eyewitness testimony.

On July 12, an unidentified man was found bludgeoned in Bhorgarh village near railway land. The victim was later identified as Ballu, a 23-year-old from Uttar Pradesh. Using CCTV footage and tips from informants, the police narrowed down their search to Sadaguru, who was arrested on July 26.

Sadaguru confessed to the murder, admitting that he killed Ballu with an iron rod during a heated argument. The police revealed that Sadaguru has a criminal past, having been involved in cases including kidnapping and theft.
