Poncle, the creators behind the hit and award-winning auto-shooter Vampire Survivors, has announced its next game, Kill The Brickman, developed by Doonutsaur. The announcement was made at Gamescom 2025 and the game is now available on PC and Xbox.
The one-minute trailer for Kill The Brickman showcased gameplay of a Brick-Breaker-like game before ending with a series of Steam codes that were quickly claimed during the live stream.
If you missed out, don’t worry. The game is priced affordably at $4.49 USD with a 10% launch sale running until August 28, 2025. After that, it will return to its regular price of $4.99 USD / EUR4.99 / £3.99.
More than just a brick-breaker, Kill The Brickman is described as “a turn-based, rogue-like bullet builder from outer space.” Poncle’s director, Luca Galante, was instantly captivated by the game and praised it as both a brilliant deckbuilder and one of the strangest he’s ever played.
At only $4.49 USD for a limited time, you can now play Kill The Brickman on your PC or Xbox One/Xbox Series X/S consoles. There’s no word on a PlayStation or Nintendo version yet, but future releases are always possible.
