AMD’s Ryzen AI MAX+ 395 APU is part of the Strix Halo lineup and has been adopted by several new gaming and AI platforms. This powerful processor offers top-tier performance with RTX 5060 Ti levels of GPU power and a 40 compute unit setup. The Super X also includes a robust XDNA 2 NPU, delivering 50 TOPs of AI computing.
The tablet’s internal specifications include dual SSD design with one M.2 2280 slot and one Mini SSD PCIe 4.0 slot. Memory configurations are available at 64 GB and 128 GB, with up to 96 GB allocated as VRAM for running large language models (LLMs) smoothly.
The Super X boasts a 14″ AMOLED touchscreen with a maximum resolution of 2.8K, supporting HDR, VRR, and 4096 levels of stylus pressure sensitivity. The device has an aluminum chassis made using CNC technology and includes two USB-C ports (Thunderbolt 4), one HDMI output, one USB-A port, one DC power input, and a Mini SSD PCIe 4.0 expansion slot.
The Super X supports the full 120W TDP and features a high-efficiency vapor chamber to manage heat effectively. It also includes a slight RGB touch on the back and comes with a 173-degree bracket for easy viewing angles.
Priced above $1500 US, the OneXPlayer Super X competes against the ROG Flow Z13 from ASUS, which starts at around $2000 US.
