A video shared by Russian Telegram channels shows a Ukrainian drone striking an apartment building in Rostov-on-Don. Local authorities reported at least 13 people were injured, with two suffering serious injuries.
The footage captures the drone flying slowly over buildings before descending and exploding on impact. Rostov’s Acting Governor Yury Slyusar stated that several apartment buildings were damaged during this “drone attack,” and those injured were taken to the hospital for treatment.
Newsweek contacted the Ukrainian Air Force for comment.

**Zelensky Visits London**
British Prime Minister Keir Starmer welcomed Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to London on Thursday. The two leaders hugged warmly outside 10 Downing Street before Zelensky left for his car.
Zelensky’s visit came a day after he attended virtual meetings in Berlin with Trump and European leaders, who said Trump assured them of prioritizing a ceasefire when meeting Putin in Anchorage.
Both Zelensky and the Europeans fear that the bilateral U.S.-Russia summit could sideline their interests, potentially jeopardizing Ukraine’s future security.
