Xbox has officially confirmed the date and time for its Tokyo Game Show 2025 live stream, which will take place on Thursday, September 25, at 7pm JST / 3am Pacific / 6am Eastern / 11am UK. While details about the duration of the live stream are not provided, it is expected to feature titles from Xbox’s creative teams and exciting updates from partners across Japan, Asia, and the world.
Reports suggest that Forza Horizon 6 might be revealed during this event. After a now-deleted Instagram post by car importer Cult and Classic hinted at Playground Games developers working on photos of a Japanese Kei car for the series, additional reports from Windows Central further confirmed that official documents circulated suggesting a Tokyo Game Show 2025 reveal for Forza Horizon 6.
While it remains unclear if the game will be set in Japan, the confirmation of its reveal at TGS 2025 is certain. If not, it will be intriguing to see where the series takes players and what Japanese connections the new entry might have beyond the inclusion of Kei cars.
“We know players around the world delight in Japan-inspired content and games developed in Asia, and we can’t wait to connect with players across the globe to show off the incredible talent and creativity behind upcoming games coming to Xbox,” the Xbox Wire post adds.
For attendees at the show, a public demo of Ninja Gaiden 4 will be available. Wccftech had the opportunity to preview this game last month at Gamescom 2025. Additionally, Xbox will have ROG Xbox Ally and ROG Xbox Ally X units on display for hands-on experience, as they did at Gamescom 2025, ahead of their release in October.
